Законодательство обязывает продавца передать покупателю, вместе с товаром, руководство по эксплуатации 3M X65. Что такое руководство?

Сейчас очень большой популярностью пользуются инструкции в форме интересных анимаций или видео материалов, которое лучше, чем брошюра воспринимаются пользователем.
