Problem Corrective Action The display is blank after you turn On the printer. Turn the printer Off and make sure the power cord is properly plugged into the printer and a grounded 110VAC r eceptacle. Problem Corrective Action Printing is compressed or distorted. Clean the printhead and platen roller. Printing has shadows or smears. Clean the printhead. Lower the print contrast.
