Законодательство обязывает продавца передать покупателю, вместе с товаром, руководство по эксплуатации Delphi RS-232. Такой вид инструкции позволяет пользователю просмотреть весь фильм, не пропуская спецификацию и сложные технические описания Delphi RS-232, как это часто бывает в случае бумажной версии.
