5 How t o Use the Hob Gas Burners Gas flow to the burners is adjust ed by turning the knobs (illustrated in fig.2) whic h contr ol the valves. 7 Choice o f Burner The symbols printed on the panel by the side of the knob indicate whic h burner you ar e contr olling. Choose a suitable burner depending on the cookwar e diameter and capacity.
