4 Basic Installation Follo w the instructions below to install your 9417CW telephone. Connecting the handset cord Connecting the power adaptor Attach one end of the handset cord to the handset and the other end to the handset jack. 6 Checking y our telephone When you plug in your 9417CW , you may see a message asking you to make a language selection. Follo w the directions on the display to select one of the languages.
