10 RUN CHOKE OPERA TION • Soil conditions are impor tant for proper tilling. Tines will not readily penetrate dry , hard soil which may con tr ib ute to e xcessiv e bounce and diffi cult handling of your tiller . Hard soil should be mois tened before tilling; how e v er , e xtremely wet soil will “ball-up” or clump dur ing tilling. W ait unt[...]
