9 Basic and Common Operations Setting the Clock Before operating the unit any further , first set the unit’ s clock. When you plug in the po wer cord, “ AM 12:00” starts flashing on the display . 10 To turn off the unit automatically (Auto Standby) Using the Auto Standby function, the unit automatically turns itself of f if no sound comes in for more than 3 minutes when “CD” is selected as the source.
