    5 STEP 4 - ASSEMBLE HEIGHT ADJ. STRAP • Place the spacer bushing (I) into the hole in the height adjustment strap . Place the strap and b ushing between the hitch tubes, aligning them with the rear hole.     8 STEP 14 - ASSEMBLE HOPPER CLAMPS • Assemble two hopper mount clamps (Q) o ver the hole in the middle of each upper hopper tube using two carriage bolts ( E) and two nyloc k nuts (F).
