4 GETTING STARTED Basic settings Press any button and your Suunto Core will activate. You are then prompted to set the language, units (imperial or metric), time and date. 7 USING ALTI & BARO MODE In the ALTI & BARO mode you can view the current altitude, barometric pressure or snorkeling depth. It offers four profiles: AUTOMATIC , ALTIMETER , BAROMETER and DEPTH METER (see Section 7.2.2 Setting profiles on page 26 ).
