6 -18 6.1 HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY 1. On Swift amatic trac tors, disc onnect the c otter pin that holds the Swiftama tic control l ever to the shifter weldment. 6 -19 6.2 STEERING BRAKES (OPTIONAL) The steering b rake is des igned to st op one wheel f rom rotating . The opposite wheel co ntinues to driv e forward and the uni t pivots on the stoppe d wheel.
