Buen manual de instrucciones

Las leyes obligan al vendedor a entregarle al comprador, junto con el producto, el manual de instrucciones Xerox 90. Al final, en un manual se pueden encontrar los detalles de servicio técnico Xerox en caso de que las soluciones propuestas no hayan funcionado. Actualmente gozan de éxito manuales de instrucciones en forma de animaciones interesantes o vídeo manuales que llegan al usuario mucho mejor que en forma de un folleto. ¿Por qué vale la pena leer los manuales de instrucciones?
