Removing the bobbin case Turn the balance wheel towards you until the needle is as high as it will go. Open the bedpiate cover. Lift bobbin case latch A (Fig. 1) and pull the bob bin case out. Machine care Oiling All bearings of moving parts behind the face cover and under the top cover and the bedplate have to be oiled from time to time. The shuttle race must also be oiled occasionally.
